The Weekly Learning Overview also consists of various activities for other subject areas.

Children are also encouraged to engage with the various RE activities shown.

Key Information:

We will be doing PE on Wednesday each week. However it is really important that the children have their full PE kit in School at all times.

Homework and spellings will be sent home on a Wednesday and should be returned to school on the following Monday.

The spellings that are sent home are from the statutory spelling list for year 6 and will be tested on Monday.

We try to hear your child read individually, at least once each, throughout the week. It is still really important that you child reads at home, so please continue to hear your child read at least 3 times a week and record this in the green reading record.

Learning:

The children will be assessed on the end of year expectations which support the New National Curriculum. To view these please click on the 'Curriculum' tab and click on the 'End of Year Expectations' link.

You are always welcome to discuss any concerns and we do appreciate time spent at home supporting children with their work.
